One To One Counselling Sessions

 
Who Is Counselling For & What Can They Expect From It?

Everyone can benefit from counselling because anyone can fall victim to stress or a feeling of being overwhelmed by today’s fast pace of life. Often negatively impacting our work, relationships, education, health and general quality of life, all things that counselling can be of great help with.

To this end, I have a valid DBS (Disclosure & Barring System, in UK) and attend regular training on new models and initiatives. Offering one to one online counselling sessions, independent of our ten-week programme for adults and teenagers when organised after discussion with parents via the initial consultation.

Recognising that there is a need and making a decision to have counselling is a positive step toward getting back into the driving seat and taking back control of how you experience your life.

Counselling sessions are confidential and without judgement, providing a safe place in which we can explore thoughts & feelings and discuss things we feel unable to with others.

My experience spans eighteen years in areas such as:

Working integratively with clients, I am able to use tools from Humanistic approaches such as Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person Centred. Also, Behavioural Therapies such as CBT. Add to this my extended skill set within the field of energy therapies such as Matrix Reimprinting, EFT and Matrix Birth Reimprinting, I am able to work in the manner that best enables me to provide support where it is most needed and teach you coping strategies which can be used outside the sessions, empowering you in your daily life.

Most importantly, counselling is for anyone who is struggling or feeling that they’re not living life fully.
